In order to fulfill the highest standards of services to satisfy the needs of our clients, our way of work is based on Western European system, which means the following:

• trying to find the appropriate real estate
• professional interference in negotiations
• forming a contract, and for foreign clients we translate the contract at public translator's office
• the contracts are notified by the public notary on our expense
• after assigning the contract, the agency is writing an inventory list which contains a complete condition of property, an inventory list is also made after the expiration of the contract
• we are offering all kinds of consulting, including any decorating help you may need
• on the occasion of buying a real estate, we make a registration at the cadastre
• clients can contact the Agency Besedic d.o.o. every working day (Mon-Sat) from 9am to 5pm, and in cases of emergency, each agent can be reached through his cell phone

For services after the realization of the contract, Agency Besedic is charging a usual fee which was assigned by Croatian Chamber of economy:

• for the renting the usual fee is one month rent (+ PDV for firms)
• for buying and selling the usual fee is 3% of price agreement (+ PDV for firms).

The agency fee has to be charged at the moment of the signing of the contract.
